Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially when I fell ill. The location was excellent, within walking distance of many downtown attractions and restaurants. The dining options offered were varied, although the hotel breakfast was not the best. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the maintenance quickly resolved an issue with the heat. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. Although the location was a bit confusing to find initially, it was central and convenient once I settled in.
